As part of NY Music Month, an initiative of the NYC Mayor’s Office of Media + Entertainment, “The Recipe Music Workshop” is a free one-day music workshop presented by Grammy-nominated Singer, Songwriter, and Professor Mary Brown & invited industry experts. The Recipe Music Workshop combines small bites of expert knowledge, hands-on activities, a dash of real-world insights, and a side of learning tools, sautéed with music and business strategies to empower artists in today’s dynamic music scene. This innovative workshop is designed to guide music artists through their musical journey from ideation to realization.

A Q&A led by our industry expert panelists will follow each segment.

This catered ticketed event will end with a Networking Mixer. This is your chance to connect and mingle with music executives and other industry professionals. So grab your pen, warm up those vocal cords, and get ready to sprinkle some magic into your music production because, with Mary Brown leading the charge, there’s no telling where the rhythm will take you!
