The Brooklyn Arts Council celebrates Wellness on July 30 from 1 pm — 5 pm at The Gregory Jackson Center for Brownsville!
Sign up for a Wellness Workshop with Steven Rousseau of Brownstone Wellness. From 4 pm — 4:45 pm, Rousseau will lead us through a wellness workshop rooted in meditation practices in The Gregory Jackson Center’s Community Garden.
About BAC Wellness Installation at The Gregory Jackson Center
Interactive healing sculptures, live health talks, and a wellness workshop are all part of this free event. Come join us for a night of healing, and discover more about healing traditions at the BAC Sonic Clinic pop-up digital art exhibition, which will feature digital artwork by David Gumbs and music performed by musicians from all across New York City. The exhibition will run from July 30 — August 5.
