Birth Prep Workshop

Performance Optimal Health, alongside CircleMoms, is hosting a workshop for pregnant women at any stage, designed to equip you with powerful tools to help you confidently prepare for pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum.

The event will be guided by women’s health experts, including pelvic floor physical therapists, a postpartum doula, and a pre-natal exercise specialist.

Workshop Content Includes:

• Maintaining a healthy pelvic floor
• Participation in safe prenatal exercises
• Understanding various safe birthing positions
• Learning breathing techniques
• Postpartum support and guidance
