This class will consist of information on physiologic birth and common hospital interventions as well as yoga poses and guided relaxation techniques to ease the discomforts of pregnancy and cope with labor and childbirth. We will learn about the postpartum period, breastfeeding, and newborn care. This holistic course will prepare you to create a birth plan, make informed medical decisions, and advocate for yourself.
