As artists and designers, we can’t help but be attracted to their minimal, blocky aesthetics. If you’ve ever wanted to try making pixel letters, we have a free in-person public workshop coming up in Brooklyn!
Join us on Friday, March 10th from 6-8 PM at Principles GI Coffee House in Brooklyn to learn about pixel type and have fun making your own pixel letterforms. We’ll start the event with short presentations on the history and significance of these modular patterns across time and space, which will set the stage for drawing your own pixel letterforms and joining in the fun of making pixel art.
No supplies are necessary, bring your pixel-loving friends and come hang out with us on Friday night in Brooklyn at Principles GI Coffee House to get your pixel creativity flowing!
