Children and their grownups are invited to join iDig2Learn at the Manhattan Healing Forest in Southpoint Park on Roosevelt Island for a special flower and forest workshop and photo shoot.
Gather beside New York City’s first Miyawaki Method pocket forest and explore a thriving ecosystem of more than 47 native plant species. Participants will meet Wild Stem NYC and create their own beautiful bouquets using flowers and natural elements inspired by the forest while learning about urban biodiversity, native plants, and community greening.
