Storytelling Through Shadow Theater Workshop

Led by artists Spica Wobbe, Margaret Yuen, and Abby Man-Yee Chan in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese

Session 1: May 23 (Saturday), 1:00–3:00 PM Come explore and share your life stories through movement, conversation, and simple writing activities. With easy prompts and partner sharing, you’ll reflect on meaningful memories and create a short personal story.

Session 2: May 30 (Saturday), 1:00–3:00 PM Turn your story into a shadow show! Using your portrait photo to create a puppet of yourself and bring it to life with light and movement as you share the story you began in Session 1.

Space is limited, and advance registration is required. Priority will be given to participants who are able to attend both sessions.
