Join us on Tuesday, July 9, for the last event before our summer break — an open conversation with director Silvia Clo Di Gregorio and actor/screenwriter Samuele Galli, accompanied by the US premiere of their latest short film “Pineapple Chicken ’98” (8’).
Moderated by Zarifa Maria Garofalo, they will talk about art, intersectionality, and their experience as queer artists advocating for equality and freedom.
Silvia Clo Di Gregorio is an Italian author, director, and artist whose stories focus on female and queer representation. She co-authored and wrote, “Love Club” (Prime Video Italia) the first Italian TV series written and played by members of the LGBTQIA+ community.
Samuele Galli is an Italian transgender actor and screenwriter. Samuele explores the need for more inclusive representations in the media and imagination’s transformative power also in lectures and public speeches.
Zarifa Maria Garofalo is an Italian/Persian marketing consultant, event producer, and the founder and President of ZMG Synergies.
