We listen to a recorded dharma talk, either audio or video, then discuss it together.
We choose talks from a variety of teachers and traditions, covering different aspects of meditation, mindfulness, and dharma.
Doors open at 10:15 AM. Please arrive by 10:30 AM — that’s when we start!
As always, our events are free and donation-based
