Do you ever wonder how to make a change in your community?

Are you a new or first-time voter?

Care about the Future of NYC and your neighborhood?

Join DoSomething & the Caribbean Research Center at Medgar Evers College as we bring young New Yorkers together to share their civic story and learn how to make a positive impact in every borough! There will be engaging speakers and performers, hands-on creative storytelling activities, prizes, food, giveaways, and more!

Throughout the event, you’ll have an opportunity to deepen your knowledge about the electoral system, tap into your civic power and passion for making change on issues you care about, and share your vision for a better NYC. After the event, you’ll receive resources for the upcoming 2023 city council elections as well as other ways to get involved civically in NYC!
