Black Maternal Health Seminar

We are excited to announce that She Matters is hosting the Black Maternal Health Seminar on January 26th, 2023. This event will take place from 9 am to 4 pm and will include a reception from 6 pm to 8 pm. We will feature some of the industry’s leading experts who will share their knowledge and expertise on Black Maternal health.

In addition, participants in the event are eligible for CME and CEU credits and become a part of our rapidly growing community of physicians.

Whether you are new to the field of Black Maternal health or you want to expand your existing knowledge in this area, this event is sure to provide valuable insight into health equity and the future of Black Maternal health. We hope you will join us in person as we come together to address this important issue. See you there!

*In-person attendance is limited to 100 participants. Virtual attendance available*

Please see below for access to BMCC:

• All visitors are required to submit one of the two documents listed below to be granted access to any BMCC facilities (see attached):
• Proof of Full Vaccination (14 days AFTER first dose Johnson & Johnson or 14 days AFTER second dose Pizfer/Moderna)
• Negative PCR COVID test results dated within 7 days of the entry request.

This is a manual process so these documents must be submitted at least 72-48 hours (or before) in advance of the date(s) via the link below

Once the documents have been reviewed and CONFIRMED, an access-granted confirmation email will be sent to each visitor (via phone or email provided). Please click the confirmation link to bring up the QR code (Green token) and present this (along with a government/state ID) to Public Safety upon entrance to the meeting/event.

Things to remember when using Cleared4:

• After accepting Cleared4’s disclaimer, please fill out all personal information including date of birth, address, etc.

• When uploading the Excelsior Plus Pass, be sure to upload the vaccination page as proof of vaccination. Upload the card twice for Dose 1 and Dose 2.

• When uploading the CDC card, please make sure that the dates entered match the vaccination dates on the card. Upload the card twice for Dose 1 and Dose 2.

• If you have three vaccine doses, please upload all three, not just the most recent one.

Please note: Public Safety WILL NOT grant access without the Cleared4 confirmation QR code.
