Exclusive Screening “Magtymguly Fragi”

Join us for an unforgettable cultural evening as we present the exclusive screening of “Magtymguly Fragi”, the grand prize winner of the International Korkut Ata Turkic World Film Festival. This exceptional Uzbekistan-Turkmenistan co-production will be showcased at the Türkevi in New York on January 21, 2025, in collaboration with TÜRKSOY, the Consulate General of Türkiye in NYC, and the Permanent Missions of TÜRKSOY Member States to the United Nations.

The event will also feature:

• A photo exhibition themed around the Turkic World Cultural Capitals.
• A special “Magtymguly Fragi” photo exhibit, celebrating the legacy of the Exclusive Screening of “Magtymguly Fragi”
• A reception, offering a chance to engage with the film’s director, cast, and distinguished guests.

This landmark production is a testament to the richness of Turkic cinema and a symbol of cultural collaboration within the Turkic World.
