Ryan, a struggling chef deep in debt, travels to Latin America at the invitation of an old friend from culinary school. His friend has become successful in his profession and is temporarily staying in a luxurious house where a dinner party for wealthy guests is about to take place in a few days. One morning, Ryan finds his friend hanging and, seeing an opportunity to pay off his debts, decides to impersonate him.
