Mamma Mia! tells the story of a bride-to-be (Amanda Seyfried) who invites three men (Pierce Brosnan, Colin Firth, and Stellan Skarsgård) to her wedding, hoping to find out which one is her real father. Along the way, she also discovers the secrets and surprises of her mother (Meryl Streep) and her friends (Julie Walters and Christine Baranski).

The film features hit songs such as “Dancing Queen”, “The Winner Takes It All”, and “SOS”. The film was directed by Phyllida Lloyd and was released in 2008. It received positive reviews from critics and audiences and became one of the highest-grossing musical films of all time. It was also nominated for two Golden Globe Awards and a BAFTA Award.
