Join us for a move and stretch party! Where you can get to know Harlem’s local fitness & wellness businesses, plus map out your wellness routine for spring and summer.
Harlem Wellness Festival is a celebration of the strong network of minority- and women-owned gyms, studios and spas that Harlem has built over the past decade. Join us to meet the teachers and trainers who are expanding and energizing our community culture of fitness and self-care.
We’ll have two Fitness Zones with a lineup of FREE classes ranging from dance to yoga, boxing to strength training, and kettlebells to meditation. Plus a Wellness Row, where you’ll get to know each small business and sample offerings, including one-on-one demos, beauty, acupuncture, and plant-based nutrition.
Participating small businesses include Anwuli Ilegbe Studio, the Axis Project powered by Access Initiatives SADC, Benswic, Body Zock, Fire Studio, Harlem Chi Acupuncture, Harlem Cycle, Harlem House of Champions, Harlem Kettlebell Club, Harlem Pilates, Harlem Rise Fitness / Fit Theorem, Harlem Yoga Studio, Harlem Wellness Center, Hurricane Fitness, Meditation in Harlem, Mendez Boxing, Movement Harlem, Ofrenda Yoga Studio, Re-Creation Fitness, Rokmil Fitness, UpDog Studios, Uplift Spa, Urban Yoga Foundation, Becoming Unique, Fine Roots, FraMiATi and Omo Sade Skincare.
