Culture Fest emerged from the heart of Ember as a way to unite the great diversity of our school community in a joyous celebration of life and culture. It’s a captivating blend of flavors, rhythms, movements, and artistic expressions that brings hundreds of people together for this community event. Every year, Culture Fest adopts a new theme, transforming our school’s hallways into an immersive 3D experience of sight, touch, and sound. This year will be another journey of discovery and pride in our roots as we celebrate “The Art of Freedom and Liberation,” through dance performances, fashion shows, poetry, and musical acts. Our community, which includes our dedicated staff, enthusiastic students, and wonderful local community members, all come together to create this immersive experience. It’s a labor of love that culminates in a day filled with performances, free food, and items for sale from local vendors. Everyone is invited to join this celebration! Surprise guests and other local elected officials will be in attendance. Culture Fest is a day where strangers become friends, cultures become bridges, and memories become treasures!
