You will have an enriching experience tailored to gardening enthusiasts, eco-conscious individuals, and families alike.
It’s time to REimagine a vibrant, abundant earth. Every workshop, information booth, and activity is designed to be in harmony with REduce, REuse, REcycle, REthink & REimagine.
12 pm — 1:30 pm — Workshop
Street Tree Care — Take part in caring for the trees outside of the Rodale garden. Learn how you can do this in your neighborhood. If you would like to participate, please dress in comfortable clothing. Supplies such as gloves, trowels, shovels, etc., will be provided.
1:30 pm — 3 pm — Ongoing Activities
Arts & Crafts — * While Supplies Last* We will have a variety of summer-inspired arts and crafts.
Compost Photo Booth — Bring your cameras. It’s picture time!
Worm Bin Exploration — Discover how composting red wigglers can be utilized in your home and/or garden to efficiently compost organic waste.
Browns and Greens Game — Hands-on sorting game.
Scavenger Hunt — Take part in identifying trees, plants, flowers, etc., around the garden.
Plant a Flower — Learn how to make a paper plant pot, fill it with soil, and plant a seed of your choice that you can take home.
Seed Collection — Learn how to collect seeds from plants. Take home free seeds (*while supplies last).
