This health fair is part of a series on holistic community health in Staten Island. The health fair will provide access to on-site health resources, including testing and free or low-cost health services for insured, uninsured, or underinsured community members.

The “Bridging the Gap” series is focused on Staten Island residents’ health & wellness. This three-part community engagement series will connect advocates with much-needed access to resources from community health organizations and city services. The first event in the series is a health & wellness fair, where providers will offer free health screenings and other preventative resources.
