The African American Chamber of Commerce of New Jersey’s Mobile Academy and 40 Tons Careers have teamed up to offer a career fair to job seekers & entrepreneurs to push social justice & equitable hiring.

The AACCNJ is dedicated to economically empowering and sustaining African American communities and businesses through entrepreneurship and capitalistic initiatives throughout the state of New Jersey and through its partnership with the National Black Chamber of Commerce, Inc. (NBCC).

40 Tons Brand, is a Black female-owned social impact brand dedicated to bringing more diversity & inclusion of BIPOC communities into the cannabis space, in addition to providing second chances to those with past cannabis convictions. They recently were featured in Forbes, StupidDope, Mj Brand Insights, High Times, and Respect My Region

We have also partnered with the innovative Career Advancement company BrandResumes , to provide Work-Readiness Workshops to ensure job seekers are properly prepared to get hired on the spot.

We understand that in order to provide a fully immersive career event that provided “TONS of impact ” (pun intended...lol) we had to partner with incredible companies and brands to host such an event.

What is a Career Fair?

A career fair is an employment networking event that connects job seekers to hiring employers in your city, our fairs are unlike any other career fairs. We have teamed up to push social justice, and equitable hiring, and are bringing together employers who want to make a difference.
