ARTS 14C — Open Studios & Exhibitions for JC Fridays

Join us at both 157A and 157B 1st ST for dozens of Open Studios, and exhibitions in Gallery 14C (2nd Fl) and Showcase Gallery (4th Fl)

Come spend an evening immersed in art and creativity on Friday, December 5, at ARTS 14C 157A and 157B, 1st Street, Jersey City. As part of JC Fridays — the city-wide arts festival — we’re hosting Open Studios at Project 14C, opening up three floors of live-work and work studios where resident artists from all disciplines create and collaborate.

You’ll get a rare glimpse behind the scenes: wander through studios filled with paintings, installations, sculpture, performance concepts, writing — meet the artists, discover works in progress, and explore the creative process in a welcoming, accessible space.

At the same time, within the same building, don’t miss our gallery exhibitions:

• Gallery 14C’s current show: Under the Influence — artists inspired by other artists — on view through January 11, 2026.
• And the final days of In the Gallery of the Shadows, the Paint Still Bleeds and Demons Dance — a dramatic, haunting showcase in our 14C Showcase Gallery that pushes creative boundaries.

Best of all, entry is free. Come in, wander, explore, meet artists, and soak up the vibrant energy of a community devoted to art and expression.
