Beside the exhibition, the tour will take you to see the building designed by William C. Frohne, which was built in 1896 in the Renaissance Revival Style. Bohemian National Hall was designated New York City landmark by Landmarks Preservation Commission in 1994.

Careful restoration of the main façade was completed by Czech-American architect Jan Hird Pokorny in 1995. The first phase of renovation began in 2003 based on drawings by Czech-American architect Martin Holub. Interior renovation of unfinished areas, including the ballroom, began according to the design of Czech architects Milan Kvíz and Atelier M1 in 2007. The Prime Minister of the Czech Republic unveiled a fully renovated Bohemian National Hall on October 30, 2008.
