Co-evolution: Human Intuition + Computational Innovation

__________

Artificial and human intelligence are increasingly interconnected across a broad range of fields, reshaping our world profoundly. Whether in climate science, healthcare, the arts, engineering, or social sciences, new advances in technology are expanding the limits of what’s possible. Together, these intelligences are creating a future where human intuition and computational innovation are co-evolving, complementing, and amplifying one another. As we embrace this collaboration, we stand on the brink of breakthroughs that have the potential to redefine what humanity can accomplish.

The 2024 Columbia-Barnard Undergraduate Computer and Data Science Research Fair will focus on showcasing how students are leveraging artificial and human intelligence to drive real-world impact and explore new possibilities. This event will celebrate the innovative spirit of the next generation of scholars and technologists who are shaping the future.
