A kaleidoscope of music genres running the gamut from Renaissance and Baroque to jazz and blues, from Bach and Schubert to Duke Ellington!

New York Chamber Music Festival presents Music from Six Centuries (16th C. — 21st C.) — a free concert program featuring former Metropolitan Opera concertmaster Elmira Darvarova and former New York Philharmonic hornist HOWARD WALL. These two award-winning artists (both of them gold medalists at the Global Music Awards) bring a vibrant kaleidoscope of genres and styles running the gamut from Renaissance and Baroque to jazz and blues, from Bach and Schubert to Duke Ellington. This free program presents 12 New York premieres and 5 World premieres, among which duos for violin and horn by Elizabeth Raum and Francine Trester, and arrangements of music by Ligeti and Piazzolla.

Please note: vaccination proof is required at the entrance, and face masks will be worn by the audience members during this event.
