Join NYC Parks Arts, Culture, and Fun in welcoming the Mary Lamont Band for a performance in the park. The Mary Lamont Band will perform traditional country favorites along with original songs. Mary Lamont has been voted Band of the Year three times by the New York Metro Country Music Association and Female Singer/Songwriter of the Year by the New Jersey Country Music Association. Mary Lamont has been called “a real treat” and “a must-see for country music fans.” Newsday called Mary the “Queen of Long Island Country” and included her in a cover story on the best area summer concerts, listed her as the best bet for live performance, and gave her CD a triple-A rating.
