Four-time Grammy nominee and composer William Cepeda & his Afro-Rican Quintet celebrate the rich sounds of traditional Puerto Rican music, blending the vibrant rhythms of Bomba, Plena, Danza, and Jíbaro music with jazz. His ensemble has toured the world and performed at prestigious jazz festivals like Montreux, North Sea, and Tabarka. He has performed with such legendary figures as Tito Puente, Paquito D’Rivera, Arturo Sandoval, and Celia Cruz, among others.

Cepeda is recognized for his innovative approach to Latin music, blending traditional Puerto Rican roots, folk, dance, progressive jazz, and world music into a new jazz sub-genre: Afro-Rican Jazz. Register for up to 5 free tickets.
