Join NYC Parks and The Jazz Foundation of America for a musical journey as we present Grammy nominee Ariacne Trujillo Duran from Havana, Cuba. She’s had an extensive career and is known as one of the virtuoso pianists and vocalists in New York, where she has worked with acclaimed bands such as La Bolá and the Pedrito Martinez Group and is an adjunct professor at New Jersey City University. Her music carries a special treatment of the Tumbaos, mixing the traditional Cuban Music with Timba. She has worked with Paul Simon, Paquito D. Rivera, Wynton Marsalis, Johnny Pacheco, John

Scofield, Javier Limón, Taj Mahal, and many others.
