Join Quartetto Caliente for an hourlong string quartet exploration of Black History Month. With music spanning the ages and across the globe, including traditional Zulu music, Spirituals, Ragtime, Jazz, Classical, and Hiphop. All ages are welcome!

Some of the composers Quartetto Caliente will be performing: include Duke Ellington, Scott Joplin, Daniel Bernard Romain, Melissa Westgate, and George Walker.

Quartetto Caliente consists of Janey Choi & Eddie Venegas, violins; Andrew Griffin, viola and Caryl Paisner, cello.

The concert is funded by the Music Performance Trust Fund

The concert will take place on the main floor of the library on Sunday.
