Meir Levine blends his folk rock nostalgia for the 1970s with a modern indie sensibility. He recorded his upcoming LP (February 2025) with acclaimed engineer D. James Goodwin (The Hold Steady, Bonny Light Horseman, Bob Weir, Kevin Morby, Watchhouse), with producer Andrew Freedman (Henry Jamison, Michael Mayo), and acclaimed players including Josh Kaufman, (Bonny Light Horseman, Bon Iver, The National, Anais Mitchell), Jordan Rose (Theo Katzman, Charlie Hunter), Mike Robinson (Sarah Jarosz, Railroad Earth), and Jeremy McDonald (Mason Jar Music, Louis Cato) among others; more details to be announced. In past projects, Meir has performed at venues ranging from the iconic Brooklyn Bowl, Music Hall of Williamsburg, and Bowery Ballroom to the renowned Carnegie Hall.

From influences spanning folk, indie, and alternative genres, San Francisco-based singer-songwriter Kacie Hill has crafted a distinctive sound that merges introspective storytelling with captivating melodies. Inspired by the likes of Joni Mitchell, Phoebe Bridgers, Adrianne Lenker, and other female icons in the folk scene, her songs draw in audiences with their sincere lyrics and compelling vocals. Her latest single and accompanying music video, “Chores”, features conversational yet poignant lyricism and explores our tendency to procrastinate on the hard things. The video features her and her best friends doing and undoing chores and plays with the themes of female friendship and rage. Kacie has garnered attention in the local music scene, playing at notable Bay Area venues such as Cafe du Nord, The Rickshaw Stop, and Felton Music Hall. She’s got lots of new music on the way and can’t wait to share it.
